New Paintings - Delhi to London brings together Andrew Hood's latest collection of vibrant oil paintings and mixed media studies inspired by the landscapes of Delhi, Tuscany, Sicily and London.
Hovering between representation and abstraction, Andrew's paintings conjure up those fleeting moments from his travels in a riot of colour and texture. Whether it's the Thames sweeping through the capital or the hustle and bustle of a bazaar in Delhi, Andrew's bold compositions and energetic handling of paint capture the atmosphere and feel of these locations.
In a year where movement has been restricted this exhibition is a celebration of the joy of travel.
